Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Some of our products are made to order so please allow 1-5 days for production. Expect an email within that time, with tracking, to let you know your order is on the way!

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

$5 flat shipping!

No matter how many products you add, shipping is just $5 flat. I like to keep things simple, even if it hurts me.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to most countries that aren't under US embargo.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. tsaurus.com is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us ASAP at sales@tsaurus.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. If the problem was because of us in ANY WAY or even because of the postal service, we'll usually replace the item for free immediately!
